All technical kernels and digital assets acquired through our marketplace are granted under a Standard Mesh License unless specified otherwise. Redistribution of raw source nodes is strictly prohibited.
Uptime Commitments
While we strive for 99.999% uptime, we are not liable for regional edge node failures caused by planetary solar activity or cosmic interference beyond our architectural control.
Zero-Trust Compliance
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their identity passcodes. Any unauthorized handshake detected originating from your node may result in immediate cluster isolation.
Dispute Resolution
Any architectural discrepancies or legal conflicts shall be resolved through automated neural arbitration before progressing to terrestrial court nodes.
Acceptance Handshake
By accessing the terminal or initializing a service protocol, you unequivocally accept these terms and conditions across all planetary regions.
